Zoya Crystal
Zoya Crystal is from the Flame Collection Holiday 2010. This is a dusty light blue foil with gold specks. Looks like gold foil was dumped in your polish. Nice visual interest with the 2 colors. Applied well, dried pretty quickly. Quite sophisticated looking for a blue. Just lovely, really.
